Ordering Online

• To order online a $30 minimum order is required

Times

• Serving from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Now available evenings and weekends
• All orders must be received by 9:30 am for same day delivery or pick up
• Breakfast orders must received by 12:00 noon the day before
• For any last minute requests, please call a Pintore representative and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Confirming Your Order
All Orders must be approved and confirmed to secure your breakfast or lunch. Upon completing your order online a Pintore Representative will contact you either by phone or e-mail. if you forgot to print out your order you can always access your order by logging into the web site.

Payment
We accept AMEX, MasterCard and Visa - note your credit card will not be charged until your order has been confirmed.

Creating an Account
By creating an account on our web site will make it easy for you to access historical purchases, edit your online profile, and make reordering fast by not having to reenter your information in next time.

Deliveries
Delivery charges are not applied when placing your order online... There is a $5.00 delivery charge to Hartford.  Additional charges may apply based on proximity to Pintore shop.  Upon confirming your order you will be notified of delivery charges to be added to your order.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up by 3:30pm, the day prior to delivery. All other cancelled orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Special Requests and Dietary Considerations
Upon completing your order please list any special requests in the comments field and Pintore will review this upon confirming your order.

How to Order Online

• Browse through our web site and add the items that you wish to order to the shopping cart.
• If you’re a new customer you will need to create an account, if you’re an existing customer simply login
• For deliveries, enter your delivery address into the Shipping Information Field
• Please add the delivery/pickup time and date in the (Ship to arrive on/by) field
• Note, the web site will not charge you additional for deliveries however additional delivery fee's may apply based on upon confirming your order.
